Our Boxing classes challenge your body and mind to provide you with a truly stimulating workout to increase strength and build lean muscle while helping to eliminate stress for a better quality of life. 

Yoga is a practice full of energy where sequences of movements and postures are combined to work the whole body. Thus, increasing strength, flexibility and balance. It works in meditation connecting the Mind with the present moment as well as the body and the spirit while deepening the breath.

This unique fusion is an active meditation expressed in the contrast of the high intensity of boxing while integrating functional exercises and mental work through Yoga sequences and postures, making this class 100% connection with your being.

These classes are for  children between the ages of 6 and 12, helping them to train their coordination, sports skills, body awareness, self-defense, communication, interpersonal relationships and self-confidence. The perfect first gym experience for kids!

This cool class is a fusion of boxing training and Friday vibe fun while listening to the rhythms of very engaging dancing music.  Simply the best way to start the weekend at the gym!
